Sam and Diana will lead you through the process of preserving vegetables, from harvesting fresh veggies to turning them into delicious long lasting ferments!

2 types of ferments will be completed together with the participants:

  • Quick Pickling
  • Sauerkraut


Participants should bring:

  • Cutting board
  • Chopping knife


Each participant will take home 2 12 oz jars - one with their quick pickles, and one with their sauerkraut. We will have taste testers for everyone to try, and recipes for everyone to take home, too.
